Summer is my favorite season, for the warm weather, the long days, outside activities, and vacation with family. This summer was different for me, and perhaps
for you as well, as we continually adapt to the ever-changing work environment. Work/leisure lines remain blurred, yet the need to stay relevant doesn’t take a holiday. Now more than ever we need to be more intentional and proactive in connecting with each other, fostering our networks, and fueling our minds.
Relevance – this is the number one word I hear from the members of the Forum community, high-level women on Wall Street like you. Relevance is your number one concern. As the world and our industry changes at a rapid pace, you ask what to do to stay fresh and ahead of the curve. I’m thrilled to share the latest insights and tactics from our amazing 2021 Forum speakers – in my interview below with Anu Aiyengar and from our panelists on “Be the CEO of Your Own Career.”
You help me stay relevant by sharing what is on your minds professionally and personally, so we at RegentAtlantic can help you in turn. The conversations with so many of you fuel my thinking. In addition, we survey the Forum community each year.
You are re-prioritizing what is most important to you
40% of you are fulfilled with your careers; yet 40% of you are really ready for a change
Financial anxiety and fear of failure are the top two challenges holding you back
36% do not actually know “your number”
99% of you would continue to work even if your financial plan showed that you could stop working and be fine financially. 43% would start dreaming about what’s possible.
We at RegentAtlantic are not surprised by your financial anxiety. Regardless of your professional accomplishments, we know from working with many of you that Wall Street women often have questions about their personal finances. You ask us:
Is this the best I can do?
What am I missing?
What's possible for me?
If so, you are not alone! We would love to help you discover what’s possible for you. Let us help you make 2021 the year that's different for you.
Are you getting the professional advice and clarity you deserve for your personal finances?

As we continue to navigate uncharted waters, new challenges have arisen — especially for high-level women on Wall Street — of perception, perspective, resilience, roles and opportunities. The notion of stretching has even become more elastic. In my conversation with Anu, four themes emerged in the context of today’s landscape and how women should be thinking about being the drivers of change.
In this year's breakout session, Be the CEO of Your Own Career, our savvy panelists drew on their deep experiences to help you think strategically about your next steps in your career. Read some of the key points they shared here ›
